Refund Calculations & Processing Matrix

Detailed breakdown of how refundable amounts are calculated, recovered, and processed back to your channel.

No Fixed Percentage Guarantee

NXT does not guarantee a fixed refund amount or percentage. The final value is strictly limited to the actual amount recovered from independent suppliers, meaning the amount originally paid will differ from the final disbursed balance.

Mandatory Cost Deductions

All refunds are processed after deducting airline fees, hotel cancellation charges, non-refundable tour components, visa processing/government costs, payment gateway transaction charges, foreign exchange variances, and NXT administrative service fees.

7 to 30 Business Days Cycle

Once the cancellation is finalized and funds are successfully recovered from suppliers, refunds take 7 to 30 business days to reflect. Balances are credited exclusively back to the original bank, card, or digital payment method used during booking.

Force Majeure & Alternative Supplier Credits

NXT is not liable for costs or non-refundable component losses arising from natural disasters, severe weather, war, strikes, airport closures, or sudden visa/border changes. If a supplier issues a credit note or travel voucher instead of a cash refund, NXT will pass that option directly to the customer as per supplier rules.
