Standard advance train reservations open 120 days prior to the date of journey (excluding the day of departure). For Tatkal quotas, bookings open one day in advance at 10:00 AM for AC classes and 11:00 AM for Non-AC classes.

At least one passenger on a valid e-ticket must carry an original government-approved photo ID (Aadhaar Card, Driving License, Passport, Voter ID, or PAN Card). M-Aadhaar and Digilocker app IDs are also legally accepted by TTEs.

You can track your 10-digit PNR number directly on your dashboard under 'My Bookings'. Our system provides real-time updates on berth confirmation probabilities, charting status, and coach positions.

If a fully waitlisted e-ticket remains unconfirmed after final chart preparation, Indian Railways automatically cancels it. The full fare amount is credited back to your original payment account within 3-5 working days. Passengers with fully waitlisted e-tickets are not permitted to board the train.

Flat cancellation deductions apply per passenger based on class if cancelled more than 48 hours before train departure: ₹240 for AC 1st/Executive, ₹200 for AC 2-Tier, ₹180 for AC 3-Tier/CC, and ₹120 for Sleeper Class. Standard deduction rates scale closer to scheduled departure time.

Yes. If the train is cancelled by Railways, a 100% full refund is automatically processed. If the train is running late by more than 3 hours, you can file a TDR (Ticket Deposit Receipt) prior to actual departure to claim a full refund without standard cancellation fee deductions.
