Tour Itinerary (Day Wise)

Day 01 Haridwar - Barkot (210 KM/7-8 Hrs)

Pick up from Haridwar Railway Station/ Dehradun Airport/ Railway Station. Drive to Barkot via Mussoorie, en-route visit Kempty Falls. Have your lunch at Kempty Falls. Later, drive straight to Barkot and transfer to your hotel. Rest of the day is free to relax. In leisure time enjoy scenic beauty of mountains at Bandar Poonch. Barkot is an important stopover en route to Yamunotri and Gangotri of the Char Dham Pilgrimage Places in India.

Meals & Stay: Dinner and stay overnight at Barkot.
Day 02 Barkot – Yamunotri (60 KM) – Yamunotri Temple - Barkot

After breakfast, drive to Janki Chatti via Phool Chatti and Hanuman Chatti. Trek starts from Janki Chatti to Yamunotri (6 KM). You can reach the Yamunotri Temple from Janki Chatti by walk/ by horse or by Doli (at own cost). The trek passes through lush green valley, a profusion of conifers, rhododendrons, cacti and several species of Himalayan shrubs.

In Yamunotri, according to custom, cook rice by packing it in a cloth and dipping it in the hot water of the kund. Pilgrims take this cooked rice home as "Prasad". Here near the temple "Pooja" can be offered to Divya Shila. After taking bath in warm water of Jamunabai Kund, have "Darshan" of Holy "Yamunaji" (Goddess Yamuna) returning to Jankichatti. Yamunotri is the origin of the River Yamuna, the twin sister of Yama, the Lord of Death.

Meals & Stay: Return back to Barkot. Have dinner and overnight stay in Barkot.
Day 03 Barkot - Uttarkashi (90 KM/4 Hrs) - Local Temples

After breakfast, drive to Uttarkashi. Check in hotel. Places to visit in Uttarkashi is Vishwanath Temple, Kuteti Devi Temple, Ekadash Rudra, Dodi Tal, Nachiketa Taal and Dayara Bugyal. Spend rest day at leisure.

Similar to Varanasi, town of Uttarkashi is situated on the Ganges, lies next to a hill named Varun Parvat, on confluence of two rivers Varuna and Asi, has a ghat called Manikarnika Ghat and has a temple dedicated to Shiva (Kashi Vishwanath) in the center of the town.

Meals & Stay: Stay overnight in Uttarkashi.
Day 04 Uttarkashi - Gangotri – Harsil Valley - Uttarkashi

After breakfast, drive to Gangotri, en-route at Gangnani take a holy dip in Kund, further drive to Gangotri via beautiful Harsil Valley. On arrival at Shree Gangotri, take a holy dip in the sacred river Ganges which is also called Bhagirathi at its origin. Perform Pooja and Darshan in Gangotri Devi Temple. Other Places to visit in Gangotri is Gomukh & Gangotri Glacier, Kedar Taal, Submerged Shivlingam, Kedar Ganga Sangam, Swami Sundaranand Viewpoint, Nelong Valley, Harsil Valley, Auden’s Col, Dharali, Jogin Peaks and Tapovan Trek.

Meals & Stay: Return back to Uttarkashi. Have dinner and overnight stay at Uttarkashi.
Day 05 Uttarkashi – Guptkashi (220 KM/ 8-9 Hrs)

Drive straight to Guptkashi via Moolgarh & Lambgaon. En-route you can see the beautiful river Mandakini at Tilwara. The Mandakini River comes from Kedarnath, drive alongside the river to reach Guptkashi. The name Gupt Kashi means "Hidden Benares". On arrival, check in at the hotel. In evening, visit Ardh Narishwar Temple.

Meals & Stay: Have dinner and overnight stay at the hotel in Guptkashi.
Day 06 Guptkashi – Kedarnath Temple (By Helicopter)

After breakfast, drive to Phata Helipad for transfer to Kedarnath by helicopter. Visit Kedarnath Temple, Everyone can go inside Garbha Griha and touch the idol of Kedarnath Ji. The Kedarnath Shivlingam is one of the 12 Jyotirlingas of Lord Shiva in India. Kedarnath and the four other shrines (Tungnath, Rudranath, Madhmaheshwar and Kalpeshwar) are treated as Panch Kedar. Other pilgrimage places of Kedarnath are Gauri Kund, Vasuki Tal, Shankaracharya Samadhi, Bhairavanath Temple, Ukhimath Temple, Madmaheshwar Temple, Chorabari Lake and Deoria Tal.

Meals & Stay: Have dinner and overnight stay in Guptkashi.
Day 07 Guptkashi - Badrinath (215 KM/7 Hrs) - Evening Aarti

After breakfast, drive to Badrinath via Joshimath. Check in to resort/hotel. Visit Local Sightseeing of Badrinath like Charan Paduka, Panch Shila & Panch Dhara and Mata Murti Temple. Later, in evening participate in Badrinath Temple Aarti. (Timing for Aarti in Badrinath Temple: 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM).

Meals & Stay: Have dinner and overnight stay in Badrinath.
Day 08 Badrinath – Mana Village – Rudraprayag / Kirtinagar

After breakfast, have a bath in the Tapt Kund and have Darshan of Badrivishal. Then proceed to visit Last Village of India - Mana Village, Saraswati River and Bhim Pul, Vasudhara Falls, Vyas Gufa, Pandava Caves and many more places associated with mythology. Later, drive back to Rudraprayag / Kirtinagar via Joshimath. Check in to hotel.

Meals & Stay: Have dinner and overnight stay in Rudraprayag/ Kirtinagar.
Day 09 Rudraprayag – Rishikesh – Drop Haridwar / Dehradun

After breakfast, drive to Rishikesh. Check in to hotel. Later, visit Temples of Rishikesh and Local Sightseeing of Rishikesh like Laxman Jhula, Ram Jhula, Triveni Ghat, Bharat Mandir and Shivananda Ashram. In evening, participate in Evening Ganga Aarti at Parmarth Ashram. Later, transfer to Haridwar Railway Station / Dehradun Airport.

Status: Tour Ends with Rejuvenating Holy Memories.
